Returns and Exchanges
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Eligible Items
To be eligible for a return, items must:
- Be in original, unused condition
- Include all original packaging and documentation
- Not be custom-made or commissioned pieces
- Be returned within 14 days of delivery
Custom and Commissioned Items
Custom-made and commissioned pieces are created specifically for you and cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect or error on our part. If you believe your custom piece has a defect, please contact us immediately.
Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact us within 14 days of delivery to request a return authorization
- Provide your order number and reason for return
- We will provide return instructions and a return authorization number
- Package the item securely in its original packaging
- Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective item. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and retaining proof of shipment.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
Refunds do not include original shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Custom-made or commissioned pieces (unless defective)
- Items damaged due to misuse or normal wear
- Items returned after the 14-day return period
- Items without proof of purchase
